We have stayed there for 3 seasons now, so that says enough. It is a nice, quiet, and cozy campsite. We celebrated my boyfriend's birthday there this year, which was perfectly organized. She (the owner) had put together a whole program for it and she has traditional Dutch games. Every year, a themed bingo is played, and even then she manages to surprise you. And yes, paying for the showers and hot water is fine, but I prefer that to a bill afterwards. You can do the dishes perfectly fine for 20 cents, and for 50 cents you get a good shower. And if I want to stay longer, I just pay a little extra. I think our dog enjoys it the most of us all, spending the whole day by the water. My mother is staying at the Tonckenshuys, and this is also within walking distance, so that is very nice too.

A small campsite with 39 pitches, some of which are already occupied by permanent campers. If you don't like luxury, it's an excellent campsite.

We were there from September 20th to 24th. We were pitched in fifth place, a lovely spot with tall vegetation on both sides and a gate with a beautiful view of the water, perfect for our dog. It was wonderfully quiet at the campsite, situated in beautiful surroundings. One morning, a class from a local school was sailing on the water, which looked like a pleasant experience. Friendly staff in the canteen/reception. Good Wi-Fi. In short, highly recommended.
