This is our second time at it Wiid. It's a wonderful campsite with beautiful pitches. If you enjoy fishing, stand-up paddleboarding, etc., you've come to the right place. The sanitary facilities are clean and attractive, and the heated areas are great. If you're looking for a holiday in the Netherlands, this is a great place.

Beautiful spot on the water, good sanitary facilities, staff? No idea, never see them. But, do you know what it's like? People who have been at the same campsite and spot for 25 years, and then think they 'own' it, and in this case, the neighbors as well. Right? Well, these people have this habit of immediately telling anyone who walks by that they can't be there because it's a dead end. That's true, but I think everyone is free to go wherever they want; there's no sign saying it's forbidden, nor is there a dead end sign. Then a few children and their father come and want to sit there and fish. The woman immediately came outside; they were inside, and people were sent away. A day later, a man and his daughter wanted to fish out of the wind in the corner that's a dead end. Within a second, the woman was back outside, they were inside again, and then she sent them away without mercy?! I saw this and said something about it, but the answer was, "What business is it of yours?" This was the same lady who stood 100 meters away from us, pointing her finger at us, saying we were NOT allowed to enter the path we'd called about that morning, and yet we were. I called reception, who actually laughed it off; they said they'd pass it on. Now the lady has strung up a rope to make it look like you're not allowed past their tent. (See photo) I can't stand this at all; they don't own that land! But they act as if they do. Nothing has been said yet, and the lady can just keep doing her disgusting thing. Because they've been here for 25 years?!?! We've been camping for over 25 years too, but I've never experienced this before. And it seems to be perfectly fine with it all, which I find very unfortunate and inappropriate. They also walk past us a lot, and I'm not going to say, "No, that's not allowed, I don't want it." Hahahahaha, I can just picture me standing there, I'm going to be very busy. So, do you know them? Those "kinds" of people?
