Small extremely clean, immaculately kept camping facility. Presently on the site. The showers and toilets put some 4/5 star hotels to shame. They are impeccable with toilet paper and hand towels provided. The whole site is fabulous. The owners must be proud of what they have achieved. 5 hard standing areas for small motor homes surrounded by manicured grass. Electric & water on each site. There are other areas around the field. Common room with games , reading material , tea / coffee/ eggs and bread available . Some home produce too . A perfect stay . .

Perhaps the best campsite we have stayed at. Lovely place, great pitches, lovely grass and surroundings. Amazing facilities. Many hotels are not this good. Thank you

🌿 What a wonderful campsite! 🌿 I thoroughly enjoyed my stay at Camping Tjaerdastate. The campsite is beautifully situated in the Frisian countryside, with spacious pitches, plenty of peace and quiet, and a beautiful view over the meadows. The atmosphere is relaxed and friendly – ​​exactly what I was looking for. The sanitary facilities were truly excellent: clean, modern, and well-maintained. It's also nice that there's a communal area with a refrigerator, microwave, games, and a reading table. Perfect when the weather isn't so great. What struck me most was the friendliness of the owners. They really think along with you and make you feel welcome. I used the bread roll service and bought some fresh eggs – little things that make it extra special. In short: a lovely, peaceful place with everything you need. I'd love to come back!
