Very disappointing experience at EuroParcs Maasduinen. We checked in around 4 p.m., received the key, and gave our car’s license plate number as requested. Later that night, around 10:30 p.m., the entrance gate did not open when we returned. Other cars were able to enter without any problem, but ours couldn’t. We pressed the intercom button, but the operator said they had no permission to open the gate. The WhatsApp number provided by the park didn’t respond to calls or messages either. We had someone in the car who has walking difficulties, and we were forced to park outside and walk about 45 minutes to our accommodation at night. This was completely unacceptable and very disappointing for a resort of this standard. If a guest’s car plate is already registered, the system should work properly, or at least there should be staff with authority to assist after hours. We sincerely hope EuroParcs improves their gate system and customer service for future guests.

Hello, this is my second stay with you. My first experience was good, but this time, at the beginning of my booking, the discount code you sent me didn't work. I paid the penalty, and I'm still angry. This is unprofessional behavior. The rooms were very hot and there was no air conditioning. When I asked the reception, they said this device is for rent! When I opened the window, there were spiders and insects entering the room. It was scary. They didn't clean the windows and the electricity was cut off twice. I didn't like the stay. It's been 3 weeks since my stay and I haven't received the discount code. Every time I send them an email asking when it will be returned, they say it's under study! But if there is a way to take the money from you, it will be fast! But you can't get your right! This is unprofessional! Why did you give me a discount code that doesn't work?
