A lovely place to be. Here you can still experience real camping. Completely immersed in the forest atmosphere, so plenty of shade too. Friendly owners, which really adds extra sparkle to the stay :) We stayed with friends and felt welcome, even though you are a (small) group. Everything is just well organized. Sanitary facilities are good and clean. Nice showers, without the hassle of coins or anything like that. The herb picking garden is really fun; filling your water bottle at the tap and immediately putting a sprig of mint in it; nice, right!? And the surroundings are beautiful; from the campsite you can walk straight into the forest, or cycle using, for example, a junction route. If you want to be more active; Rijssen, for example, has many shops and plenty to do. I could go on and on :) @ owners: thanks for the hospitality!

A simple but very clean campsite in the heart of the forest. Nice but basic restrooms. Located near beautiful nature reserves that are easily accessible via the junction routes.

The owner here is absolutely lovely! We arrived in the pouring rain and our tent wasn't up to standard. We were very kindly offered a dry place to stay instead. The site is lovely and the setting is gorgeous! Would love to stay again in nicer weather.
