The campsite was horrendous. The security dont care about the amount of noise people make or about times the site is meant to be quiet. We unfortunately were next door to a family where the parents kept screaming and shouting at each other in the early hours of the morning and the kids screamed and shouted for random strangers to intervene in their parents fights. So much screaming, shouting and swearing. (Im not particularly bothered about bad language, but screaming it near my sleeping head at 2am isnt what I want). We had security on speed dial. This was one of the roughest places we've ever stayed (only topped by a caravan park in Blackpool). The accommodations are so close together, not like any other eurocamp we've stayed in. We were scammed as soon as we arrived by them sending us to the passport photo booth the take pictures. First one the machine took our money then stopped working. My advice is dont book this place unless you enjoy never sleeping and listening to your neighbours communicating by screaming and swearing at each other. If youve already booked, print out some passport photos of yourself before you go. We didnt go to the waterpark, because unlike other eurocamps this isnt included in the price. And the "discounted" price was still too expensive in my opinion. The theme park half the rides weren't operating half the time. Assuming it was a lack of staff to man the rides. But we were there 4 days and some rides didnt ever get the chance to do. Overall our kids still had a great time, but the parents not so much.

The worst holiday we have ever had. The reps didn’t know what they were talking about. Some awful advice from them. The accommodation was appalling. The whole park was full of wasps. I submitted my thoughts privately and nobody has even bothered to get back to me. I would not deal with eurocamp again after this experience.
