This is a fantastic site, easily one of the best we have stayed on. There are cycle paths on the doorstep and public transport about a 5 minute walk away. We managed to get to Amsterdam in under an hour using the public transport links and Utrecht was about 30 minutes away. The site itself is impeccably maintained. The games room is a great idea and the showers are huge with no annoying push buttons. The owners were always around if you needed anything and come over to introduce themselves when you arrive. Payment is on departure by cash or card. There is a washing machine and tumble dryer on site which is really handy. We can’t recommend the site enough.

I wish I could give this campsite 5 stars as the owners are lovely and so friendly but I have to be honest the facilities really let it down. We stayed a few nights and it was full and nearly full every night, so with 25 spots there were around 40/50 people and there are only 2 showers! And they are tiny, not much space to move around at all. There were just about enough toilets, 3 sit down and 1 urinal, but only two sinks. Had to wait around to use them in the mornings and evenings. + I’d say they definitely have space to put in a block or similar in their courtyard or by the barn… Oh and only two washing up areas + they do have easy access fresh water, sewage disposal, free tyre pressure pump & ok WiFi.

AMAZING! The attention to detail was fantastic from the site’s landscaping and care to the friendly service. We booked this place last minute and arrived late in the night and this was no problem. I booked to camp in my car and to use the facilities which were immaculately clean and well thought of. All facilities are included in the price which is nice as I’m very forgetful when it comes to bringing coins for the showers!! 😂 There is a communal indoor relaxing area which is fantastic for rainy days and making friends! Or just a lovely little coffee and good book. Free tea and coffee available 24/7. There is a kettle and wash up area inside and although we didn’t need it, there is a washing machine and tumble drier available for use too. The place is dog friendly and we really felt it. In my experience, some places “tolerate” pets but here we felt welcome :) The whole place is full of colour and sustainable art, which we absolutely loved. If we’re ever in the area again, I will 100% come back. No doubt about it.
